New brazing machine for core bits, BRC300 satisfies the market necessities to have a simple and economic machine but of extreme precision and user-friendly. BRC300 is a machine which associates the brazing quality obtainable from more complex systems, being at the same time more flexible and more easy to adjust at any change of size. Equipped with a special welding clamp that guarantees the perfect side clearance of the segment in respect to the tube, even when this has eccentricity faults. The tube rotation is electronically controlled, dividing the diameter according to the number of segments. Solid state generator to save energy and water.

Rapid Sintering Automatic System mod FSM 310 This machine is the result of a ten year research to find a process able to realize segments and other diamond tools in one only passage, or that in any case allows to realize the products inside one single plant without the intervention of an operator or with no supplementary labour. This process has also the task to eliminate the use of material for the hot press moulding such as the graphite. The machine is principally based on a “revolver” system with rotating table composed by 3 units called “stations”. This machine can be interconnected with a cold press of our range (both volumetric or gravimetric); in this way a completely automatized plant is obtained to realize sintered pieces directly from the powders without undergoing any labour intervention.
